Rajkot bank donates 1.02 crore to PM & CM relief fund

One of the leading Urban Cooperative Banks in Gujarat, Rajkot Nagarik Sahakari Bank has donated Rs 51 lakh each to the Prime Minister CARES Fund and the Chief Minister Relief Fund.

This was announced by the Bank Chairman Nalinbhai Vasa.

It is noteworthy that the Bank has distributed a bottle of handwash and a bottle of sanitizer to each of its 1000 plus employees for their personal/family use in these testing times. It has set an example for other organizations to follow.

After the corona outbreak, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had called upon the people to come forward to donate money for fighting the terrible disease.

Besides doing Banking business professionally, it has been a front runner in discharging its social responsibility.
