In a decisive move to boost efficiency, Rajasthan’s Cooperation Secretary and Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Samit Sharma, conducted a detailed review of the department’s action agenda at the Jaipur Secretariat, stressing strict timelines and outcome-driven governance.
Highlighting the need for focused execution, Sharma urged officials to prioritize tasks and adopt a structured approach to enhance transparency, accountability, and speed in implementation. He noted that clear planning and consistent monitoring are essential to achieving departmental goals.
The review covered key initiatives such as Sahkar One, corruption-free systems, biometric attendance, DPC processes, capacity-building programs, recruitment in cooperative institutions, Bharat Taxi rollout, warehouse construction, WDRA registration, Custom Hiring Centers, and Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samriddhi Kendras.
Assessing progress, future plans, and timelines, Sharma emphasized that the to-do list must act as a performance roadmap rather than a routine checklist. He called for continuous evaluation at all levels and directed officials to maintain quality standards while ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
