The Cooperation Department Rajasthan has announced that hearings of appeal and revision cases pending before the Cooperation Minister of the Rajasthan Government will remain suspended from June 1 to June 28, 2026.
According to the Assistant Government Secretary of the department, the suspension applies to matters registered under Sections 104 and 107 of the Rajasthan Cooperative Societies Act, 2001.
During the notified period, no hearings related to appeals, revisions or supervisory matters will be conducted before the ministerial court. The department has advised cooperative societies, applicants and other concerned parties to take note of the revised hearing schedule and plan their appearances accordingly.
The hearings are expected to resume after June 28 following the completion of the temporary suspension period notified by the department.
