V. Srinivas, Chief Secretary of Rajasthan, visited the Jaipur Zila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh and chaired a detailed review meeting with senior officials.
Addressing the officers, he emphasized the need to intensify efforts to increase milk procurement across the state. He directed officials to bring more dairy farmers into the cooperative network and ensure sustained growth in milk collection.
The meeting was attended by Vikas Sitaram Bhale, Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Gopalan Department; Shruti Bhardwaj, Managing Director of Rajasthan Cooperative Dairy Federation; Om Prakash Poonia, Chairman of Jaipur Dairy; and Manish Fauzdar, along with other senior officials.
Shruti Bhardwaj presented an overview of state-level initiatives in milk procurement, processing, and marketing, along with future action plans. Meanwhile, Om Prakash Poonia and Manish Fauzdar highlighted Jaipur Dairy’s recent developments, including capacity expansion, quality control measures, product diversification, and customer-focused innovations.
During the meeting, a booklet showcasing Jaipur Dairy’s achievements over the past two years was also released, detailing its progress and contributions under the state government.
