With over 18 years of experience in sales, branch banking and marketing, Shehzin brings extensive expertise from leading private and foreign banking institutions.
She is widely recognised for driving business expansion, strengthening customer outreach and implementing high-performance banking strategies.
As CBO, she will spearhead the bank’s overall business development strategy with a focus on expanding retail and corporate banking, strengthening market presence and enhancing brand visibility. Her appointment underlines the bank’s increasing focus on professional leadership and modern banking practices.
