Despite their failure to meet their credit target last fiscal in Odisha, banks including cooperative banks have decided to disburse as whopping an amount as Rs 90,395 crore credit this fiscal in the state, reports Orissa Post.
The banks including Odisha State Cooperative Bank will distribute Rs 43,282 crore for farm and allied activities.
The loans will be given for various purposes including development of farm mechanization and basic facilities.
