While addressing the trainers at the training center of HIMCOFED Chairman Kaul Singh Negi said, “We are focusing on making state self-reliant in the cooperative.
“Cooperative helps in generating employment opportunities for the locals. He also gave the example of the Amul model which is working for the upliftment of dairy farmers”.
