NCUI: NCCE trains co-op instructors

The National Centre for Cooperative Education of NCUI trained Cooperative Education Instructors in a three days Review cum Refresher Course at its headquarters in Delhi.

The objective of the programme was to make participants aware Government policies and programmes and enrich the CEI’s about the recent innovations in the field of the agricultural sector.

A number of 41 participants from various Cooperative Education Field Projects located in cooperatively under developed areas of the country attended this programme.

Dr. K.P. Wasnik, Additional Commissioner, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, GOI inaugurated the programme in the presence of N. Satyanarayana, Chief Executive, NCUI and other Senior Officials of NCUI.

Dr. Wasnik briefed the participants about the formation of Self Help Groups and Skill Development of Rural Poor so as to help to execute the skill training programmes in the project area for income generation of rural population.

N.Satyanarayana, Chief Executive applauded these project personnel for their work and assured them that NCUI will go an extra mile for their motivational enhancement for better results.

Dr. V. K. Dubey, Director NCCE suggested participants should acquaint themselves with the policies of the ministry, so as to implement these policies at the grassroots level for better performance.
