NCUI loses an important tenant, Trifed

Tribal Cooperative Marketing Development Federation of India (Trifed) shifted its headquarters to a new building in Okhla from the NCUI campus, where it rented a part for many years.

The new office is in NSIC Complex, Okhla. In his address on the occasion Munda said, “I am delighted to inaugurate the new premises of TRIFED.

The new office was inaugurated by Union Minister for Tribal Affairs Arjun Munda in the presence of its MD Pravir Krishna and other officials on Tuesday. The Chairman Ramesh Chand Meena could not attend the function.

The news was shared by the social media handle of Van Dhan Yojana, Trifed. It needs no mention that Trifed MD Pravir Krishna is a social enthusiast who posts every activity of the tribal co-op fed on twitter without delay.

Speaking on the occasion, Munda also mentioned some noteworthy initiatives that TRIFED undertook in recent years. It included Sankalp se Siddhi and Mission Van Dhan.
