The National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI) has congratulated IFFCO Chairman and former NCUI Chairman Dileep Sanghani on his election as a Director on the Global Board of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA).
In a congratulatory message, NCUI described Sanghani’s election in Panama City as a matter of pride not only for him but also for India’s cooperative movement.
The apex cooperative body extended its heartfelt felicitations and best wishes to Sanghani on his new global responsibility. It expressed hope that his leadership would bring new direction and energy to the international cooperative movement.
Sanghani was elected to the ICA Global Board during the elections held in Panama City, where cooperators from across the world gathered for the ICA’s global meetings.
NCUI highlighted Sanghani’s standing as a leading figure in India’s cooperative sector and recalled his earlier association with the organisation as its Chairman.
The NCUI family conveyed its best wishes to Sanghani for his tenure on the ICA Global Board and expressed confidence in his continued contribution to strengthening the cooperative movement at the global level.
