National Cooperative Exports Limited (NCEL) participated in the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (South Gujarat) held in Surat, highlighting its role in strengthening India’s cooperative export ecosystem.
During a seminar on “Value Addition & Green Energy Growth through Cooperation in Gujarat: Export Scopes,” organised by the Cooperation Department, Government of Gujarat, NCEL delivered a presentation titled “Empowering Cooperatives, Driving Exports.”
The session underscored NCEL’s role as an umbrella organisation facilitating global market access for cooperative institutions.
The session was chaired by Jitu Vaghani, Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Cooperation, Animal Husbandry, and Fisheries. Senior officials, including Arunkumar Solanki, Additional Chief Secretary, and M. P. Pandya, were also present.
The event witnessed participation from over 120 representatives of cooperative societies and APMCs. NCEL’s bilingual presentation, delivered in Hindi with Gujarati translation, received positive feedback.
The engagement reflects NCEL’s continued commitment to promoting cooperative-led exports, farmer empowerment, and sustainable growth in global markets.
