MoS inaugurates Keshav Bank’s branch

Delhi based Keshav Sahakari Bank recently opened its fourth branch at Dwarka Road Shiv Pratap Shukla, Minister of State for Finance was present on the occasion. The bank leans RSS. A large number of special guests and important people were present during the branch opening ceremony.

In his speech on the occasion, Shukla said “Keshav Sahakari Bank is doing a praiseworthy work by catering to the needs of the common people. The bank is playing an important role in creating trust among customers and Shareholders”.

Kulbhushan Ahuja, Delhi Prant Sanghchalak of RSS said ” Cooperative is the only way through which society can be empowered and Keshav Sehkari Bank is doing its level best to achieve this goal”.

While highlighting the history and achievements of the bank, Chairman Jai Parkash Gulati said “It was established in 1996 in Karol Bagh and at present it has 6,000 members. The bank is likely to add 2,000 more members soon. The RBI rated the bank “A” category and did not find any irregularities in the bank during demonetization”, he said with a sense of pride.

Shyam Jaju, BJP National Vice President and Director of the bank said the committee of the bank is totally committed to social service and the committee members do not claim any allowances for traveling or board meetings.

The bank recently set up a branch in Rohini as well and this branch was inaugurated by Manmohan Vaidya, RSS Prachar Pramukh.

Several dignitaries including Kamaljeet Sherawat, Mayor South Delhi Municipal Corporation, Ajit Singh Sehra, Jamia Cooperative Bank, Vice Chairman, R N Srivastava & Director Ahmed Sayeed, Citizen Cooperative Bank, Director, D C Gupta, Bank CEO K K Sharma were present during the inaugural ceremony.

The Bank Vice-Chairman Mahendra Gupta proposed a vote of thanks.
