Model Co-op Bank opens new branch, aims to get Scheduled status

Model Co-operative Bank recently opened its 23rd Branch at Panvel in Mumbai. Dr. S. M. Khot, Principal, Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Vashi, Navi Mumbai inaugurated the new branch.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chairman of the Bank, Albert W. D’Souza said the bank with its multiple branches will offer good and personal service to the customers. He added that the bank is 100 years old and has deposits of about Rs.1000 crore.

The chairman also claimed that the bank has achieved a total business of Rs 1550 crore and would soon acquire Scheduled Bank Status.

Model cooperative bank offers excellent services to its customers with full CBS enabled network and operations and provides a range of services based on the latest technologies.

A large number of customers, shareholders and Bank Officials were present on the occasion.
