The Uttarakhand Government has carried out a major administrative reshuffle in the Cooperative Department, reassigning responsibilities of senior officers and posting four newly promoted Deputy Registrars to key positions.
Under the new orders, Ira Upreti has been appointed Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies, along with the charge of Member, Uttarakhand Institutional Service Board. Anand Shukla has been posted as Member of the Uttarakhand State Cooperative Election Authority, while Neeraj Belwal has been assigned to the Uttarakhand Cooperative Tribunal.
Mangla Prasad Tripathi has been appointed Member Secretary of the State Cooperative Election Authority and Managing Director of the Uttarakhand State Cooperative Housing Federation. Ramindri Mandrawal has been made Member of the Institutional Service Board.
Among the newly promoted Deputy Registrars, Manoj Kumar Punetha has been posted at the headquarters with additional charge of the Labour Federation and Handloom Union. Surendra Pal has been appointed Deputy Registrar, Garhwal Division, Pauri, while Rajesh Chauhan will head the Kumaon Division and oversee legal matters. Monika Chunera has been posted at the headquarters with additional responsibilities in Haridwar.
Cooperation Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat said the reshuffle would strengthen governance, improve service delivery, and accelerate cooperative development across the state.
