The second phase of the training programme for the 23rd batch of LIFIC was successfully conducted from January 19 to 28, 2026, at the LINAC campus in Gurugram. The programme focused on capacity building and skill enhancement of incubatees through structured training sessions.

A total of 29 incubatees, comprising 20 women and 9 men, drawn from more than 10 states across the country, participated in the programme. The diverse representation reflected the pan-India outreach of the initiative.

At the concluding session, certificates of successful completion were distributed by the Director General, LINAC, who also felicitated the participants for their commitment and performance during the training.

The programme marks another milestone in LIFIC’s efforts to nurture entrepreneurship and strengthen institutional capacity through focused training and incubation support.
