Led by Chairman, GCMMF team meets Shah & Mandaviya

Led by the Chairman of GCMMF Shamalbhai Patel, Amul team met the newly appointed Cooperation Minister Amit Shah as well as the Minister of Chemical and Fertilizer Mansukh Mandaviya.

The Amul team comprised of Chairman Hamalbhai Patel, Vice Chairman Valamji R Humbal, Board member Shankar Chaudhry and MD R S Sodhi. They congratulated Shah on becoming India’s first cooperation Minister.

Tweeting about the meeting the Amul said that the delegation discussed the relevance of Cooperative way of doing business for small farmers in all the states of India. Shah is believed to have assured full cooperation for making coop model a huge success.

Later tweeting about their meeting with Mansukh Mandavia, GCMMF Vice-Chairman Valamji R Humbal wrote “We appreciate Shri  @mansukhmandviya zeal to make Indian food industry safe and modern.

The team also discussed with Mandaviya, a RS member from Gujarat how Amul can help improve scientific food analysis with latest tech to provide unadulterated & pure food to consumers and returns to farmers.
