Launching of the Organic Co-op postponed to 8th Nov

The date of formal launching of the National Level Multi State Organic Cooperative Society has been postponed to 8th November 2023.

It bears recalling that the program was supposed to be organized on 30th October 2023 (Today) at Bharat Mandapam.

The National Multi-State Cooperative Society for Organic farming will function as an umbrella organization to promote production, distribution & marketing of certified & authentic organic products. NDDB Chairman Meenesh Shah is the chairman of the organic cooperative society.

The cooperatives, which are a part of the ambitious project, include Amul, NCCF, NAFED and two government-aided bodies NDDB and NCDC.

The board members include, Bijendra Singh, Chairman, Nafed, Vishal Singh, Chairman, NCCF, Valamji Humbal, Vice-Chairman, AMUL and Pankaj Kumar Bansal, MD, NCDC.

The Union Minister has already dedicated two other national level multi state co-ops-Export and Seed to the nation.
