Kerala’s Minister for Cooperation and Excise M. Liju, visited the headquarters of Kerala Bank and held discussions with the bank’s leadership on issues related to the cooperative banking sector.
During the visit, Kerala Bank President P. Mohanan Master presented a memento to the Minister.
Among those present were Kerala Bank Vice President T.V. Rajesh, Cooperation Department Secretary Dr. Veena N. Madhavan, IAS, Registrar of Cooperative Societies Prem Krishnan S., IAS, and NABARD Kerala Regional Office Chief General Manager Nagesh Kumar Anumala.
Also in attendance were Board of Management Chairman V. Ravindran, members of the Board of Management and Administrative Committee, Chief Executive Officer Jorty M. Chacko, and Executive Director Roy Abraham.
The visit highlighted the important role played by Kerala Bank in strengthening the state’s cooperative credit structure and supporting the government’s cooperative development initiatives.
