The Kerala Government has constituted a State-Level Award Selection Committee to identify and honour the best-performing cooperative banks and societies in the state for the year 2024-25.
According to the order issued by the Cooperation Department, the committee will evaluate district-level nominations for the Best Performance Award, Robert Owen Award and Cooperative Day Award.
The committee will be chaired by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, with Additional Registrar (General) serving as Convener.
Other members include Director of Cooperative Audit, Adv. Sony Sebastian (Chairman, Marketfed), Adv. C.K. Shajimohan (Administrative Committee Convener, KSCARD Bank), President of Kerala Bank, and Chairman of the State Cooperative Union.
The panel will scrutinize nominations received from across Kerala and recommend award winners, recognizing excellence in governance, financial performance, and service delivery in the cooperative sector.
