Kaijs Bank’s former Vice-Chairman and Director Chandrakant Chougule has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Management, constituted by the Bank.
The other members appointed include CA Sanjay Sheshappa Anigol, Shrishail Kitture, Yogesh Ramgonda Patil, Raju Shankar Chavan and Sachin Ramesh Devrukhkar.
The decision was taken in the recently concluded board of directors meeting of Kaijs Bank held under the Chairmanship of Swapnil Prakash awade.
In the meeting, the board also appointed experts on the Board of Directors.
