Amul MD R.S.Sodhi told Economic times that a powerful advertising campaign had helped the dairy cooperative outwit its rivals in sales.

Amul claims it has disbursed 11,000 crore to the farmers during the extended lockdown. Amul’s procurement rose by 17%, and sale of milk had a 30-40% increase.
