Impressive growth: IFFCO-Tokio collection crosses 7k cr

IFFCO-Tokio, the insurance arm of cooperative titan IFFCO has performed well in the concluding financial year, drawing huge applause from industry and shareholders alike.

According to a report the IFFCO-Tokio collected GROSS Written Premium of Rs 7050 crore for the financial year 2018-19. In less than four years, the collection has doubled from Rs 3300 cr to Rs 7050 cr, claimed its officials.

It bears recall that “Muskurate Raho” insurance plan of the IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance is proving popular among consumers who have reposed faith in the product, taking the company to a new high.

The IFFCO-Tokio is a joint venture promoted by IFFCO and its associates The Tokio Marine and Nichido Fire, the largest insurance company in Japan. “The Company is capable of addressing the anxieties of the middle class through its various insurance products and unmatched service quality, claim insurance officials.

IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi congratulated the team on their exemplary performance.
