IFFCO Managing Director K. J. Patel held a detailed review meeting with the organisation’s marketing leadership on the sidelines of the FAI Annual Seminar 2025 in New Delhi. The interaction brought together Joint MD Rakesh Kapur, Marketing Director Yogendra Kumar, Technical Director A. K. Sharma, State Marketing Managers, and senior officials from the Central Marketing Office to assess ongoing initiatives and chart the way forward for strengthening farmer-centric services.
Patel underscored that IFFCO’s core priority is to continually enhance the quality and accessibility of services delivered to farmers. The meeting featured extensive discussions on the field performance of IFFCO Nano Fertilisers, which have seen rising adoption across states. The leadership reviewed emerging trends, the growing impact of nano products on crop management, and feedback captured from farmers during field visits and demonstrations.
A significant portion of the deliberation focused on the challenges and suggestions received from the ground. Patel reiterated that while nano fertilisers are playing a transformative role in Indian agriculture, the next phase requires stronger awareness-building and deeper engagement. He stressed that farmers need clearer guidance on correct usage, application methods, and the long-term sustainability benefits associated with nano-based solutions.
Calling on the marketing team to intensify their grassroots connect, Patel encouraged officials to ensure that technology, knowledge, and timely service continue to reach every village. He emphasised the importance of sincerity, collaboration with cooperatives, and consistent communication to support farmers in adopting modern inputs effectively. Patel extended his appreciation and best wishes to the entire marketing team for their continued commitment to strengthening IFFCO’s outreach nationwide.
