IFFCO installs Sanitisation Booth in Gurugram

The fertilizer cooperative IFFCO installed a sanitisation booth, which is becoming the new normal post Covid 19 scare, at its Fertiliser Management Development Institute (FMDI) in Gurugram.

Ahead of Corporates in matter of tackling Corona, several co-operatives have installed disinfection tunnels in and around their offices so far.

Maharashtra based Kaijs Bank in association with Sanmati Sahakari Bank was one of the first to install a ‘disinfection tunnel’, which was reported in these columns earlier.

The apex body of district central cooperative banks-Uttar Pradesh State Cooperative Bank also installed a disinfection tunnel soon after.

Tweeting about IFFCO’s booth its MD Dr U S Awasthi wrote “At IFFCO, we give priority to safety & security of employees and everyone who visits us. Recently, a sanitisation booth started working at Fertiliser Management Development Institute (FMDI) in Gurugram.”

Several of Awasthi’s followers thanked him on social media for being so considerate to the people.
