IFFCO won heaps of awards on the occasion of 55th Annual Seminar of the Fertilizer Association of India (FAI) which was kicked off on Monday at Hotel Andaz Delhi, Aerocity, New Delhi.
On an average IFFCO received over eight awards in different categories during the occasion. The awards were given away by Union Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers Mansukh Mandaviya and Chhabilendra Roul, 
IFFCO Paradeep unit got the Best Production Performance Award for a Phosphoric Acid Plant whereas its IFFCO Aonla unit was the winner of the Best Environment Protection Award for a Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant.
IFFCO Kalol was declared a runner up in the Best 
IFFCO Delhi also bagged award in the category of Transfer of Improved Farm Technology. It also won an award in the category of Promotion and Marketing of micronutrients in India which was received by its Marketing Director Yogendra Kumar.
Kumar also bagged a prize for his article on agriculture science.
