ICA AP Assembly kicks off; Watch video

The opening ceremony of ICA AP Regional Assembly began Wednesday morning with the speeches of both ICA President Ariel Gaurco and ICA AP President Dr Chandra Pal Singh Yadav in Manila, Philippines.

Briefing the Indian Cooperative from the venue, veteran co-operator Dr Sunil Kumar Singh said that the two leaders have welcomed the guests who have arrived in larger numbers to attend the ICA-AP’s 16th Regional Assembly.

The President of Philippines apex co-op body is currently delivering his speech welcoming the guests, informed Sunil who also shared some live videos of the event. The same are being produced for interested readers.

It bears recalling that a large delegation of cooperators belonging to various national level cooperative bodies across India have gone to the Philippines to attend the 16th ICA-AP Regional Assembly to be held between 8-10 November 2023.

These include ICA-AP President Dr Chandra Pal Singh, NCUI Chairman Dileepbhai Sanghani, Bijender Singh, Sunil Singh and several others.

The theme for the ICA-AP 16th Regional Assembly, 11th Cooperative Forum and related events is, “Cooperatives: Our Common Agenda”.

The Philippines is hosting the 16th Regional Assembly after two decades since 2003 under the aegis of the Philippines Cooperative Movement. The events are hosted by the Philippines Cooperative Affiliates (PCA) on behalf of the Philippines Cooperative Movement.
