The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank (HPSCB) has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M-Swasth Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide accessible and affordable digital healthcare services to its customers.
The MoU was signed in the presence of HPSCB Managing Director Vinay Singh (IAS), Deputy General Manager Dr. Rajiv Kashiv, Assistant General Manager Hem Raj, and M-Swasth Solutions National Head Debal Rishi Banerjee and Regional Head Anup Parashar.
Under the partnership, customers will receive 24/7 doctor-on-call services and video consultations, with digital and SMS prescriptions available at a minimal premium.
The initiative also offers a one-year Digital OPD cover for families of up to five members, including unlimited doctor consultations. Customers will additionally gain access to more than 3,350 e-clinics nationwide, along with 47 essential prescribed medicines.
The partnership also includes basic health check-ups, over-the-counter medicines and quarterly health camps to encourage regular health monitoring.
Through this initiative, HPSCB aims to extend technology-enabled healthcare services to customers, making medical consultations and basic healthcare facilities more accessible and affordable.
