In a meeting of Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Council held recently, State Cooperative Minister Suresh Bhardwaj said with the support of 4849 cooperative societies in the state, the cooperative work is being enhanced.
He said to promote the successful operation and functioning of cooperatives, approval has been given to conduct the recruitment process for filling the necessary posts.
Bhardwaj reiterated that co-ops have the power to empower the rural economy of the country. For bringing a professional approach there is a need to provide the training to the representative of co-ops.
HP State Cooperative Bank Chairman Kushi Ram, Himfed Chairman Ganesh Dutt, Cooperative Secretary and others were present on the occasion.
