Haryana RoC has also been authorised to defer elections of co-op societies which were to take place before June 30. The decision has been necessitated due to the surging cases of Covid in the state.
In this bid it has decided to defer the elections for the Board of Directors of the Jind Central Cooperative Bank Ltd, Jind, in view of the lockdown due to a fresh surge in Covid cases, reports Tribune.
Several co-op dept officers have been appointed as members of the Board of Administrators of the Jind Central Cooperative Bank Ltd till elections take place.
