Haridwar DCCB suspends guards recruited by Congress

The nine guards deployed at Uttarakhand based Haridwar District Central Cooperative Bank have been terminated from their services on Tuesday in connection with the recruitment of guards done in the said bank during the Congress regime.

It was decided in the board meeting held on Tuesday. It was alleged that the guards had been recruited on the basis of fake certificates. The government had also set up an inquiry into the matter.

In the meeting chaired by the bank Chairman Pradeep Chaudhary, three out of 16 members, Sushil Chaudhary, Prahlad Singh, Manju Chaudhary, opposed this action.

On the occasion, Bank’s Vice-President Rajendra Singh, Sushil Rathi, Surendra Singh, Prahlad Singh and others were present.
