As part of the Cooperative Week 2026 celebrations, HARCO Bank organised a virtual workshop on “AI & Technology Day” to accelerate digital transformation across Haryana’s cooperative banking network.

The workshop brought together officials from District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs) and Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) to raise awareness about digital payments, mobile banking and the growing role of artificial intelligence in modern financial services.

The programme focused on strengthening digital capabilities within cooperative institutions, encouraging the adoption of secure digital payment systems and improving customer access to banking services in rural areas.

Participants were also familiarised with emerging technology-driven solutions that can enhance operational efficiency, financial inclusion and service delivery.

The initiative aligns with the broader objective of Cooperative Week 2026 to modernise the cooperative sector through technology and innovation. By equipping DCCBs and PACS with digital tools and knowledge, HARCO Bank aims to build a more efficient, transparent and technology-enabled cooperative banking ecosystem capable of meeting the evolving needs of rural communities.
