Guntur DCCB launches Mob Banking Application

Hindu reports the Guntur District Cooperative Central Bank [GDCCB] has started a mobile banking application in order to share high technology with farmers.

A source says the Reserve Bank of India has given licences to only 28 out of 375 DCCBs across the country to provide mobile banking services and GDCCB is one of them.

Provision of mobile banking application to the farmers is being financially supported by Nabard.
