Gowda lauds IFFCO for providing masks

Union Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers D V Sadananda Gowda congratulated the fertilizer cooperative IFFCO for providing face masks and protective gears to the farmers in Davanagere district of Karnataka to fight the coronavirus.

The IFFCO field staff members spread across the country are distributing hand soaps, sanitizers, masks and other protective equipment to the farmers, agriculture labor, truck drivers and others to fight the disease.

Congratulating IFFCO, Gowda wrote on his twitter wall, “Congratulations to IFFCO representatives who distributed face masks and other accessories to the truck drivers, agriculture labourers & Farmers in Davanagere today to fight against the #coronavirus. @drusawasthi @IFFCO_PR @CNarayanswamy”.

Besides, IFFCO employees are reaching out to people in rural areas including farmers, farm labor and even FPOs with soaps, hand sanitizers, masks as well as Vitamin C tablets.
