The Department of Cooperation, Government of Goa has conducted a training session to familiarise officials with the provisions governing unilateral deemed conveyance, popularly known as “Majho Flat.”
The session, held by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies (RCS) last week, focused on Section 104B of the Goa Cooperative Societies Act, 2001.
The training was attended by Assistant Registrars of Cooperative Societies (ARCS), Cooperative Officers (CO) and Senior Auditors, aiming to strengthen their understanding of the legal provisions and procedures related to deemed conveyance.
The department shared the update through its official X handle, highlighting the initiative as part of efforts to enhance the capacity of cooperative department officials and facilitate smoother implementation of provisions benefiting cooperative housing societies.
