KM Jhala has been appointed as the chief operating officer of Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), that owns the Amul brand, reports ET Retail.
Jhala, who has been with the GCMMF for nearly thirty years now, was working as the chief general manager prior to his new assignment. He had begun his carrer in 1986 as a product manager.
GCMMF MD RS Sodhi has said Jhala will help the GCMMF significantly spike its turnover by 2020.
