New Indian Express reports the Cuttack Vigilance Division has arrested six persons on charges of defrauding the Odisha State Cooperative Bank of Rs.3.08 crore.
The officials of OSCB branch in Cuttack had helped the accused acquire loans by fraudulent means Vigilance sources said.
Police say further investigation is underway.
