Maharashtra based Dombivli Nagari Sahakari (DNS) Bank has been honoured with the Outstanding Technology Implementation in Retail Banking award at the Cooperative Banks Top 100 Summit & Iconic Leader Award 2026, held on January 30–31, 2026, at Novotel Hotel, Imagica, Khopoli.
The national-level summit brought together leading cooperative banks, policymakers, regulators, industry experts, and technology leaders to recognise innovation, leadership, and best practices in the cooperative banking sector.
The award was received by Parag Naware, Chief Credit Officer (CCO), and Anurag Patil, Chief Information Officer (CIO), in recognition of their pivotal role in driving advanced digital initiatives.
These include an online KYC verification portal, a centralised account opening system for CASA and loan products, a scorecard-based loan assessment framework, and Loan Origination System (LOS)-based processing and sanctioning.
These technology-led initiatives have significantly improved operational efficiency, strengthened risk assessment, and reduced turnaround time (TAT) for loan processing and customer onboarding.
