It seems cooperative sector and cooperators have special love for Congress president Rahul Gandhi. After Ahmadabad DCCB, another BJP cooperator Krishna Vadan Brahmbhatt has filed a defamation complaint against Rahul Gandhi.

The metropolitan court in Ahmedabad has issued summons to Congress president for allegedly calling BJP president Amit Shah a “murder accused” at a rally, reports Hindustan Times.

Rahul Gandhi will be expected to present himself t in court on July 9. Metropolitan magistrate issued a summons saying there was a prima facie case of criminal defamation against Gandhi under Indian Penal Code section 500.

It is worth mentioning that BJP president Shah had been acquitted by a CBI court in 2015 over his alleged involvement in the killing of Sohrabuddin Shaikh, his wife Kausar Bi, and Tulsiram Prajapati.
