The National Cooperative Consumers’ Federation of India (NCCF) has been organising a series of outreach and welfare initiatives across the country as part of Cooperative Week 2026, reinforcing the message of “Sahakar Se Samriddhi” through community engagement, awareness and social service.
In Raipur, the NCCF branch conducted awareness programmes in several schools to familiarise students with the principles of cooperation, collective development and social responsibility. The initiative aimed to inspire the younger generation to understand the importance of the cooperative movement and its role in inclusive nation-building.
The Ranchi branch organised a first-aid kit distribution programme for workers, highlighting NCCF’s commitment to workplace safety, health awareness and labour welfare. The initiative sought to promote preparedness and well-being among workers while recognising their contribution to society.
As part of the Cooperative Week celebrations, NCCF also distributed first-aid kits to sanitation workers, acknowledging their dedicated service and vital role in maintaining public hygiene. The programme recognised the efforts of frontline sanitation personnel and underscored the importance of their health and safety.
Through these activities, NCCF is promoting the values of cooperation beyond business by encouraging social responsibility, community welfare and public awareness. The initiatives reflect the organisation’s commitment to strengthening the cooperative movement while contributing to education, worker welfare and inclusive development during the nationwide Cooperative Week celebrations.
