Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh assured farmers that they will get bonus this year as special package by the government. The total amount of Rs 21,000 crore would be disbursed as bonus to them.
Meanwhile, Ashok Bajaj President of Chhattisgarh apex Cooperative Bank informed that from 2nd October onwards farmers will begin receiving bonus. A bonus festival will be celebrated in all districts.
In a press releases sent to Indian Cooperative, Bajaj said an amount of Rs 30 crore will be distributed to the farmers of Abhanpur Block as Bonus and Rs 4 crore will be given to the farmers of Manikchori Society, Bajaj said.
Readers would recall that last year bonus was disbursed to farmers prior to Diwali.
