The Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD), Gaya, has successfully concluded the two-month 4th Combined Foundation Course for officer trainees of the Home and Cooperative Departments of the Bihar Government. The programme, designed for the 70th BPSC batch, concluded on 12 October 2026.

The completion of the course marks an important step in preparing newly recruited officers for their administrative responsibilities, including those associated with the cooperative sector.

For the Cooperative Department trainees, the foundation course provides an opportunity to develop administrative understanding and prepare for their roles in implementing government policies and strengthening the cooperative institutional framework in Bihar.

The training also brings together officers from different departments, encouraging a broader understanding of governance and public administration.

BIPARD, Gaya, congratulated all the officer trainees on completing the programme. The institute’s initiative reflects the importance of structured training in building administrative capacity among newly recruited government officers.

The Cooperative Department’s participation highlights the role of professional training in preparing officers to serve the state’s cooperative institutions and rural communities.
