A state-level buyer-seller conference organised by VEGFED under the Department of Cooperation was inaugurated in Patna by Bihar Cooperation Minister Shri Ramkripal Yadav.
The event was held at the Deepnarayan Singh Regional Cooperative Management Institute and aimed at strengthening market linkages for vegetable growers, farmer groups and cooperative institutions.
Addressing the gathering, the minister highlighted the importance of cooperative-led marketing initiatives in improving farmers’ income and expanding agricultural trade opportunities.
The conference brought together producers, traders, cooperative representatives and stakeholders to promote direct business interaction, better price discovery and enhanced market access for agricultural and horticultural products across Bihar.
