Officers from the Cooperative Department of the Government of Bihar visited the National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) headquarters in New Delhi as part of a five-day training programme organised by the Laxmanrao Inamdar National Academy for Cooperative Research and Development (LINAC), NCDC.

The study visit provided the participating officers with insights into NCDC’s initiatives, financial assistance schemes and its role in strengthening the cooperative sector across the country.

The interaction aimed to deepen the officers’ understanding of institutional mechanisms supporting cooperative development, while encouraging knowledge sharing and familiarisation with various support programmes.

The visit also offered practical perspectives on implementing cooperative development initiatives effectively, helping the officers better understand the financial and institutional support available to cooperatives.

The programme reflects LINAC’s efforts to build the capacity of cooperative department officials through structured training and institutional exposure, equipping them with knowledge and practical insights to improve the implementation of cooperative programmes at the state level.
