Bharat Taxi on Thursday launched its customer mobile application in Jaipur, marking a significant milestone in the Government-backed cooperative mobility initiative aimed at transforming urban transportation through technology and driver empowerment.

The app was launched in the presence of Col. Himanshu, CEO of Bharat Taxi, and offers commuters access to bike taxis, auto-rickshaws and cab services. The platform promises affordable fares, zero surge pricing, fixed rates, SOS emergency support and reliable local drivers.

Speaking on the occasion, Col. Himanshu said Jaipur’s enthusiastic response reflects growing confidence in the cooperative mobility model.

He noted that Bharat Taxi has already connected more than six lakh registered vehicles and over 35 lakh users across India.

Jaipur now joins a growing Bharat Taxi network spanning Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Chandigarh and Lucknow.

Operated by Sahakar Taxi Cooperative Limited, the platform is supported by major cooperative institutions including IFFCO, KRIBHCO, NAFED and NABARD. It aims to provide fair earnings and shared ownership opportunities to drivers while offering dependable transportation services to commuters.
