Bharat Taxi held its first Annual General Meeting, bringing together key stakeholders to review the cooperative’s progress and chart its future course.
The meeting was attended by Bharat Taxi Chairman Jayen Mehta, NCDC Managing Director Pankaj Kumar Bansal, Vice Chairman Rohit Gupta, and senior representatives from NAFED, IFFCO, KRIBHCO, NDDB, NCEL, NABARD and other cooperative institutions.
Senior officials from Delhi Traffic Police, including Special Commissioner Ajay Chaudhary, IPS, and Bharat Taxi CEO Col. Himanshu were also present.
The AGM reviewed the cooperative’s annual report, financial statements and progress so far, while discussions focused on the action plan, priorities, responsibilities and targets for the coming year.
The gathering marked an important milestone for Bharat Taxi as it moves ahead with its driver-owned cooperative model, emphasising shared ownership, collective participation and sustainable growth.
The AGM concluded with a renewed focus on strengthening the cooperative and advancing its vision of shared trust, shared commitment and shared progress.
