AP Minister for animal husbandry and fisheries Seediri Appalaraju said dairy farmers in the state are interested in working together with Amul under the AP government Jagananna Paala Velluva Program, reports Deccan Chronicle.
The minister was talking to journalists in Vijayawada. Appalaraju said farmers are getting the increased price of Rs 89.76 for buffalo milk and Rs 43.69 for cow milk.
The minister denied various opposition charges and said Amul is giving the highest prices to the milk farmers.
