In a significant boost to the cooperative sector in Gujarat, NCUI and IFFCO Chairman Dileep Sanghani laid the foundation stone for the new headquarters of the Amreli District Central Cooperative Bank last week.
The ceremony marked a major milestone in strengthening financial infrastructure and cooperative activities in the region.
The event witnessed the presence of several prominent leaders, including State Minister Kaushikbhai Vekariya, former MP Naranbhai Kachhadiya, District BJP President Atulbhai Kanani, Amar Dairy Chairman Ashwinbhai Savaliya, District Purchase and Sales Union Chairman Jayantibhai Pansuriya and others.
Speaking at the occasion, Sanghani emphasised the bank’s critical role in empowering farmers, expanding rural credit access, and promoting cooperative development.
The new headquarters is expected to enhance operational efficiency and support the growing needs of Amreli’s cooperative network, strengthening the district’s economic and agricultural ecosystem.
