Amreli (Gujarat) based Amar Dairy has commenced the trial production of ice cream and Kathiawadi chaas (buttermilk), marking a significant step towards expanding its dairy product portfolio.
The development was shared by IFFCO Chairman and Amar Dairy founder Dileep Sanghani through a social media post.
Sanghani said the products are currently in the pilot production phase and will be officially launched in the coming days in the presence of national leaders.
The trial production was inaugurated in the presence of Amar Dairy Chairman Ashwinbhai Savaliya, Vice Chairman Mukesh Sanghani, District Cooperative Purchase and Sale Union Chairman Jayantibhai Panasuriya, Mavjibhai Gol, Dhirubhai Vala, Amar Dairy Managing Director R.S. Patel, members of the Board of Directors and other distinguished guests.
The initiative reflects Amar Dairy’s continued efforts to diversify its product range and strengthen its presence in the value-added dairy segment.
