Dear Sir,
I spoke to u few a minute back for efforts in reviving PMC bank. I am a retired Govt servant. Me and my wife are senior citizens. My left knee is operated and thus I cannot stand more than 3 minutes.
My monthly expenses come from pension plus interest of FD’s. I am having all my retirement funds with PMC Bank.
I was planning to purchase a flat to get relief from rent burden for that I needed my FDs. Meanwhile, I have come across a policy of United Nations for granting loans to NGOs in crises. I wish PMC follows this route.
I am referring herewith the policy of united Nations for granting loans to NGOs in crises. Here I wish to mention that concept of cooperative society or NGO is an initiative of The United Nations.
United Nations (UN) refers to NGOs as the ‘third sector’ of civil society. UN wishes to see these NGOs grow & help them financially & otherwise. Some of the best funding programs are there for small NGOs or coop societies to grow.
There are a number of donor agencies that provide small-size micro-grants to NGOs in poor and developing countries. These grants are extremely flexible and also easy to apply.
You only need to submit a short annual report on the achievement carried out by the funded project.
We may go for it with the help of the legal experts like Vivek Dixit, Bijon Mishra, Chander Purswani in our PMC groups.
We may look into this option. At least apply for it. See what comes by this effort. We may get a helping fund to revive PMC.
