Reserve Bank of India has issues notification extending the period of Directions on the Uttar Pradesh based urban cooperative bank called United Commercial Co-op Bank.
In a press release the apex bank says “ It is hereby notified for the information of the public that the validity period of directions imposed on United Commercial Co-operative Bank Ltd., Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh as on May 24, 2013 has been extended further.
According to modified directive the Directions have been extended for a period of six months from June 1, 2014 to November 30, 2014, subject to review.
The other terms and conditions remain unchanged. A copy of the directive dated May 12, 2014 notifying the above modification is displayed at the bank’s premises for perusal of the public.
